TRANSPORT CLEARINGS EAST, INC. has been serving the trucking industry for more than fifty (50) years. Operating as a cooperative organization and its principal activity consists of the purchasing of freight bills from member carriers and the subsequent billing and collection thereof.

Being a not-for-profit Co Op enables us to return any excess funds after expenses to the carrier member in the form of a patronage dividend. In the past thirty (30) years more than $29.5 MILLION dollars has been returned to the member carriers, subsequently, reducing the service fee even more.
